With over eight years of US healthcare expertise, he ensures that innovative AI solutions are both clinically relevant and fully regulatory compliant.
Mahammad holds an MSIM in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Washington-Seattle.
Dr. Mohammed Jaffer Sadik

Dr. Azeez Shaik is a synthetic medicinal and process chemist with demonstrated history of 15 years of experience in drug discovery and Process development. He has held senior roles in leading pharmaceutical organizations including Lee Pharma Ltd, KVB Asta Life Sciences (a subsidiary of ASTA TECH), Novick Biosciences Pvt. Ltd., and GVK Biosciences Pvt. Ltd.
At Lee Pharma, he led process development of NCEs and APIs, while at KVB Asta he directed R&D on clinical candidates and API intermediates. During his tenure at Novick Biosciences, he contributed to CDMO, custom synthesis, medicinal chemistry, lead optimization, and ADME/PK studies. Earlier, at GVK Bio, he worked on Pfizer projects, synthesizing compound libraries and active scaffolds at large scale.
Dr. Shaik earned his Ph.D. in Organic and Medicinal Chemistry from CSIR–IICT, Hyderabad, and completed his postdoctoral research at the NIH, Bethesda (USA), focusing on HTS projects, rational SAR development around the anti-TB pharmacophores.
He continues to contribute to the field through process innovation and medicinal chemistry research aimed at advancing novel therapeutics.
